Frequently Asked Questions

How does a plant terrarium work?

A plant terrarium works by creating a closed, humid microclimate where water evaporates from the plants and soil, condenses on the glass walls, and falls back down, providing the plants with constant hydration.

How do you care for a glass plant terrarium?

Caring for a glass plant terrarium is easy: place it in a location with indirect light, water sparingly every few weeks, and remove any dry or yellowing leaves.

Which indoor green plants require little light?

Indoor green plants that require little light and are suitable for terrariums include ferns, Fittonia, moss, and some varieties of Peperomia, which are ideal for less brightly lit environments.
