Do the plants really arrive alive and healthy?
Yes. Each plant is checked individually before shipping and packed in sealed boxes with natural materials. Orders received by 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday are shipped the same day, with delivery in 24-48 hours. Arrival guarantee: if your plant arrives damaged, send us a photo and we’ll always find a solution.
Are you really Italian? Where do you ship from?
Yes: we are an Italian company and ship from Italy. We select and ship the plants ourselves; lamps, ceramic pots, Kumori, and Nemus are made in the workshop of Giulia's Officine dei Giardini, using 100% solar energy.
How many days will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed by 10:00 are dispatched the same day Monday to Friday, with delivery within 24-48 hours throughout Italy. You’ll receive timely updates by email and WhatsApp at every stage: order confirmed, being processed, shipped, out for delivery.
Can I commission custom creations from you for private or corporate events?
