Care and placement:
Position: Plenty of bright, indirect natural light, preferably near large windows. Ficus Exotica is sensitive to movement: once the ideal position has been found, avoid moving it to prevent leaf drop. Recommended minimum ceiling height: 3.5-4 metres.
Watering: Regular and consistent. Allow the first 3-4 cm of substrate to dry out between waterings. Avoid both waterlogging and prolonged drought. The water should be at room temperature.
Humidity: Ficus Exotica enjoys humidity. In rooms with air conditioning or central heating, mist the leaves regularly or place humidifiers nearby.
